Having already declared that she can’t be tamed, Miley Cyrus now wants to find out “Who Owns My Heart.” In a new music video, the 17-year-old pop star continues her
transition from clean-cut Disney star to Britney-esque quasi-teenage tramp by writing around an unmade bed in her underwear, flashing her legs in short shorts, and getting ready for a night of clubbing. “Who owns my heart?” she asks in the chorus. “Is it love or it is art?” Miley Cyrus just debuted her new video "Who Owns My Heart." She writhes around a bed with a sleep mask on and wears a tank top and underpants while applying lipstick.
At one point she sits in the back of a limsine showing off quite a bit of leg and thigh in a gold sequined halter top and short shorts. She also dirty dances in a club.

A scantily clad Miley starts the clip by writhing in her underwear on a bed where she starts singing lines like ‘dancing on the floor with you…. I feel you pumping through my veins’.
The teenager then gets up to put her make-up and skimpy outfit on for a night at a club, despite being under-age and unable to drink alcohol.
The clip then skips to a scene in the back of a car, where Miss Cyrus is on her way to the club wearing barely-there hot pants.
She continues to sing while showing off her legs before finally arriving at the club to dance and grind with both men and women.
Her latest song explores Miley’s confusion over ‘who owns her heart’, and she clearly isn’t holding back her sexy image despite the criticism she’s received in the past.
