Thursday Night Football 2010: NC State vs Cincinnati Football Updates




NCAA College Football 2010: NC State Wolfpack vs Cincinnati Bearcats Highlights – We are about to witness another much exciting and mostly thrill highly anticipated match tonight at the NCAA College Football 2010.

The North Carolina State Wolfpack will be facing the Cincinnati Bearcats in a match set at the Carter Finley Stadium in Raleigh.

The NC State vs Cincinnati will start at exactly 7:30 pm ET. This will gonna be an exciting match to watch since this is the first time meet of the two teams.

Based on their previous game record, the Cincinnati is a two-time defending Big East champions. The Bearcats managed a total of 234 yards and gave up eight sacks against the Fresno State during their opener. Quarterback Zach Collaros made a better game to protect the team as he responded with 13 yards and two scores on 11 of 17 pass attempts.

Collaros also added his second rushing TD of the season for the Bearcats, who was able to massed 263 yards on the ground after managing only 15 yards in their opener.

Meanwhile, the NC State had won their opening match with Western Carolina 48-7 and had a 2-0 record for the first time under Tom O’Brien’s tenure as a head coach. Quarterback Russell Wilson struggled to complete 10 of 30 pass attempts for 105 yards and TD, a big drop off from his four-TD, 306 yard passing effort in the opener.

The NC State did not commit a single turnover and that was certainly a big key in the 28-21 win over the UFC. NC State’s defense won the game for the team last weekend.
