The 31st annual Plano Balloon Festival 2010 is all set to start at the Oak Point Park in Plano today on Friday September 17, 2010 in the evening at 06:00 P.M. The Plano Balloon Festival 2010 will entertain Texas residents all weekend long till Sunday.
Pak Point is located about 40-miles southeast of Denton, where Plano Balloon Festival 2010 will start its festivities in the evening today with over 100 hot-air balloons.
