Lawrence — Attorney David Magariel stood before a three-judge panel that was peppering him with questions Wednesday.

James Madison’s Montpelier will be visited by more than 200 local fourth through seventh students on Friday, Sep 17 to celebrate Constitution Day at the place where James Madison first envisioned the U.S. Constitution.
They will also join the general public at the home of the “Father of the Constitution” to hear “Mr. Madison” and his best friend, “Mr. Jefferson” discuss how the Constitution came to be written and ratified, and be among the first to hear the results of a nation-wide survey on the Constitution.
