Nate Montana Finds it Tough to follow Joe

Joe Montana had some big boots in his playing days, and now his son Nate Montana is

following in the great’s footsteps. But so far Nate is no Joe Cool, and he ain’t yet a Comeback Joe and he has a long way to go before he is a Golden Joe. But those are all nicknames of Joe Montana when he was playing for San Francisco 49ers aka the Niners and Kansas City Chiefs aka The Chiefs. Joe had a stellar NFL career spanning from 1979 to 1994 But hey his son Nate Montana is still young only 20 and this dashing quarterback for Notre Dame Fighting Irish football and he has the stature credentials 6feet 4 inches and 215 lbs that will do the job and he has pace too! Nate Montana: Will He Make It? : Days may be harder for Nate Montana these days. His father Joe Montana is famous for his years as a quarterback is being compared to him. The comparison of the people between the father and son might affect Nate Montana’s concentration on becoming a better athlete.

Nate Montana played on Saturday as a quarterback at the Notre Dame game, but things didn’t work out for him. It even reached to the point where Dayne Crist, Fighting Irish’s star quarterback had an eye injury which resulted of him leaving the game against the Wolverines. Tommy Rees and Nate Montana were tasked to lead the team, but they lost to Wolverines with 21 to 17.

Having a famous quarterback athlete as a father will automatically give pressure to the younger one. It is a proven scenario within athletes. People can’t help but compare the struggling beginner to his/her dad, who has proven his worth in the field. Will Nate Montana be able to surpass this challenge? We will definitely watch him.
