Justin Bieber & Selena Gomez Both Win at Nickelodeon Awards 2011:Hot News

The 17-year-old Canadian mega-super-star was voted Favourite Male Singer, while Gomez picked up the Favourite TV Actress award.

In a recent interview with chat-show host David Letterman, Gomez revealed how she met Bieber. She said: 'Actually, his manager called my mum, who’s my manager.'When Letterman quipped 'I heard he was your paperboy', Gomez replied: 'I’m blushing!'






However, when pressed about whether they are actually an item, she dodged the question. 'He’s been in my life for so long, and it’s just nice to have someone that understands what you’re going through.The relationship, however, has not gone down too well with some Bieber fans, who has millions of female admirers.



Gomez told popeater.com that some of the things that have been written about them online have caused her a lot of hurt.She said: 'It's hard. It hurts, it really does. I don't feel like I'm doing anything wrong.

I've been best friends with him for a very long time. It does hurt my feelings a lot, but I try not to focus on it. I have a such a strong family and great fans.'

Other winners at the Nickelodeon Awards include Johnny Depp for Favourite Movie Actor; Miley Cyrus for Favourite Movie Actress; The Karate Kid for Favourite Movie and Despicable Me for Favourite Animated Movie.

To the surprise of no one, Justin Bieber and Katy Perry were among the big winners in Nickelodeon's 2011 Kids' Choice Awards in Los Angeles.

More than 200 million votes were cast to honor the best in kids' entertainment.The show featured a bevy of entertainers, a variety of comedic skits, enough shrieks to deafen the average person and a 7,600-gallon vat of slime.

Miley Cyrus gives the paparazzi a piece of her mind outside California Chicken Cafe for bumping Miley’s mom, Tish while trying to get his money shot.

Miley Cyrus has been caught on tape unleashing her rage at paparazzi. The former Disney star went for a lunch with her mother Tish at California Chicken Cafe in West Hollywood on Wednesday, March 9. When they left the restaurant, one photographer accidentally bumped into Tish, and the 18-year-old was quick to confront him.


She chased him into a corner and unloaded a ranting defense of her mom's honor, as the paparazzo tried, without success, to defend himself.

"Are you serious? You just hit my mom with your camera! You just ran into my mom with your camera. Don't you ever do that again. You just almost hurt my mom. Don't you ever even think about it!"





Miley Cyrus and mom Tish were enjoying a meal at California Chicken Cafe on Wednesday, with paparazzi stalking the outside of the dining establishment as usual. When they left, the paparazzi tried to get up close -- and one went one step too far.

Miley Cyrus hosted “SNL” on Saturday night and came face-to-face with cast member Vanessa Bayer. Pop star Miley Cyrus is a frequent presence in one of SNL’s semi-regular skits called “The Miley Cyrus Show.”



She appeared on Bayer’s not as herself, but 17-year-old Justin Bieber.On last night’s sketch, Bayer as the fake Miley Cyrus brought in as her guest Justin Bieber, played by the real Miley Cyrus sporting Bieber’s famous haircut.



Dressed down in jeans, a purple hoodie, black jacket, and a short wig resembling Bieber’s new haircut, Miley took a few shots at Bieber’s too-cool-for-school, swaggerific demeanor, answering most questions with a few essential Bieber moves, a wink, head nod, and chin stroke.

But don’t be upset, Beliebers. It was all in fun. Miley sat back and let Vanessa take a few jabs at her too.
