Major League Baseball has its answer to the Miami Heat’s Big Three. This year, the retooled Philadelphia Phillies will field one of the most formidable rotations baseball has ever seen, featuring Roy Halladay, Cliff Lee, Roy Oswalt and Cole Hamels. Will there be any stopping the Big Four in 2011?

Important players for the Phillies have ranged from several different people, but Joe Carter and Roy Halladay have been among their most notable ones. In fact just recently Hallday helped the team win against the Marlins in May of 2010 where he pitched an entirely perfect baseball game. The team has also had a lot of MVP awards including one for Cole Hamels. They have their own marker to showcase the Veterans Stadium where they once played all their home games.
