So we're rewinding back to March when beach photos surfaced showing Justin Bieber sporting a tattoo, free for all to see.There wasn't a whole lot of confirmation or denial on whether it was permanent ink, a temporary tat or even a photoshopped image.
But now the actual tattoo artist who claims he was the one responsible for the skin art is saying that Justin was a really nice kid, his session went smoothly and the singer didn't cry or anything.
